The night staff made every effort to ensure we felt comfortable. When our room wasn't ready, they were understanding and went above to accommodate us with kindness.

The staff was super friendly and helpful, the beds had heavenly pillows, and the breakfast area had a wide selection that got my day off to a solid start! And I loved the USB ports in the room.

The staff provided exceptional support when I needed to change rooms due to cleanliness issues. Breakfast offered a solid variety, and the apple juice was especially refreshing. However, the room felt quite dated with dust accumulation and inadequate waste bins. The surrounding area seemed less appealing due to visible homelessness, which detracted from the overall experience.

The room I stayed in had a modern feel, complete with a beautiful bathroom mirror and plenty of USB outlets. The location is ideal as it's right off the interstate, making it easy to access after a long drive. The staff was welcoming, with a quick check-in process, and the hotel was well-kept and clean.

The ample parking offered a sense of security, and the hotel provided a 24-hour business center that efficiently met my work needs.

Upon entering the hotel, I was greeted by an unpleasant scent in the air that just didn't sit right. The common areas, especially the elevator, felt a bit neglected with one of them out of order for an extended period. Even though my room was generally clean, I noticed signs of aging with a dated decor and a wall thermostat that didn’t function properly. Noise from the nearby I-10 was noticeable, so if you're a light sleeper, it can be a distraction. Though breakfast had a good variety, there were moments that some items went empty without prompt restocking.
